Lustrous World

Lustrous World

My secrets take wings on the bellowing winds,

The angels gazed down and widely grinned,

I am introduced to a bright new world,

A world filled with lustrous glory and light twirls,

    • Thank you poet πŸ™‚ Isn’t it just too simple !
I have been wondering where have you been and visited your blog, you were right there ! Dodgy internet, reader and notifications.
Luego (decided to use this as a homage to Scott, learnt from him in the morning)

      • I just want to be out darkness and into the light, I hope it makes sense to you. I sometimes wonder if my words tend to be unwitty.
No riddance required. A great and talented friend in the community you are, poet πŸ™‚

      • oh but you are witty!
it seems a curse of the poet to maybe not believe in themselves, as i feel a lack of wit most of the time πŸ™‚

i believe that the dark is just as beautiful as the light, both perhaps made by God if there is one (i believe.). it’s just a bit more scary because our faith can be brought to task and holes may appear in our resolve.
Mahatma Ghandi said something about how our material lives are in constant darkness as opposed to the light of spirituality and that even if we were truly without light, God leads our feet if we only believe πŸ™‚

there are Krishna quotes that are similar and i bet there are muslim and christian versions of the same theology
i might have to find the books to quote properly πŸ™‚

      • Doesn’t it ! But your work is surely full of wit especially “three wishes”. Its like an upbeat music, thumping fast !
Do recommend me some good reads πŸ™‚
Dark has his own place but light is just always more inviting. we just struggle and waggle in the dark for hope to one day find that eternal brightness in our world. The holes are frustrating to me even when I know they are present to make us realize our purpose and to make us come back stronger in Faith when we have strayed far.
