Gentle Onslaught

Gentle Onslaught

Stroking the wind arcs,

Floating on the numeric dark,

Thistles of infinite lauds,

Grope life out of the star,

That sparkling star,

Once, shined and stalled,

The fateful maneuver put forth,

The unveiling travels scratch those remaining avatars.

  1. My dear friend…it is so good to see a new piece of poetry from you. We’re packing to leave right now, and what a good send off for us. Love this poem, love you, and this makes me feel so good inside. All my best to you and your family, especially mama.
    On my Way…

    • It has been so long that I was nervous I would see a ‘closed down’ sign on my blog page which thankfully I did not ! WordPress is a tight knit community alright ๐Ÿ™‚
I was calculating the time there to mail you about how things are and where is my regular supply of encouragement ๐Ÿ™‚
Luego and hugs to you all the way from here ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Asalam o Waluikum, Maryam.
So good to see a post from you again, mi hermanita. Welcome back…the world needs your light to beat back the darkness that surrounds so many people’s lives. I have so much to say, I have no way to say it…if that makes sense.
Saludos a tu y tu familia.

  3. As with everyone who follows your blog and loves your poetry, it is wonderful to be able to read a new poem. As Bertolt Brecht once said: “In the dark times will there also be singing? Yes, there will also be singing. About the dark times.” There will always be light when the world has poets like you to help guide it. Blessings!

  4. In February 2013 you registered to as a โ€˜followerโ€™
But since we canโ€™t remember having seen nor heard from you ? This is to notify that your registry has been deleted as of today. If this is an error, please re-enlist!
